Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will exchange the item.
Please note:
1. Returns require an RMA number which can be obtained by e-mailing laxhydro.orders@gmail.com . Please subject your email with "RMA Request". All returns must first be authorized so we can give you detailed instructions on where to send your item(s). Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and arranging shipment of returned items.
2. Nutrients, light bulbs and opened packages are non-returnable.
3. Only unopened and new items will be returned.
4. Defective items will be exchanged.
5. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
6. Returned item's are your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
7. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
8. All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
